  • Detail

In winter, the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is large. Whether wall tiles or floor tiles, they must be paved when they adapt to the indoor temperature, so as to avoid hollowing and falling off after construction. In addition, the paving of wood floors should also be paid special attention. If the indoor temperature is relatively high, the paving gap between wood floors should be as small as possible. On the contrary, if the indoor temperature is relatively low, the gap between plates can be larger

it is best to place the wood in the room with heating equipment for 3 to 5 days to volatilize the moisture produced due to temperature changes, so that the moisture content of the wood is close to the level of the house. Some auxiliary materials, such as wood keel, woodwork, gypsum board, etc., are prone to mildew and crack and deform after being affected by moisture. Such a situation should be avoided as much as possible

1. Stack wood and plates 800mm away from the heat source to avoid cracking and deformation of wood and plates due to overheating

2. In the room with geothermal heating, when stacking wood and all kinds of man-made boards, a wooden pad should be added at the bottom of the board to avoid cracking and deformation of the wood

3. Every two decorative panels are a pair, stacked face-to-face, layer by layer, and loaded with pressure on the upper surface with a large core board to ensure that the decorative panels do not curl, deform or crack

4. Water based coatings and adhesives should be stored in the room with high temperature, and should not be placed on the balcony or in the room facing north to prevent freezing damage

5. Paint and volatile chemicals should be stored separately, away from heat sources, and the room should be continuously ventilated

6. Use van to transport construction materials, water-based coatings and adhesives, and use thermal insulation materials to avoid freezing

7. The three and five centimeter plates of the decorative panel shall not be placed on the top layer of the loading and stowage to avoid deformation and cracking during transportation

8. Water based materials should be inspected after being delivered to the site. Once they are found to be deteriorated or denatured, they should be returned to the warehouse in time and prohibited from use
